As MP1's Chief Executive Officer, Rocky leads a passionate team focused on expanding Indonesia’s sports landscape. He oversees every operational initiatives, ensuring that business activities are aligned with MP1s vision, mission, and growth. Being in the industry for nearly three decades and a former professional athlete himself, Rocky has the know-how to effectively manage and produce successful projects for all his clients. With it, he strives to establish strong roots for motorcycle racing in Indonesia whilst also broadening MP1's scope to other sporting divisions in the future.

In her position as Managing Director, Ance serves as MP1's on-going brand evangelist and advocate. Her responsibilities include executing corporate strategies that drive engagement for both the company and our clientele. She is efficient in leveraging internal channels and external media relations to maximize exposure amongst target markets. Prior to MP1, Ance holds an accomplished track record with 20 years of leadership experience in the MRA (Mugi Rekso Abadi) Group. Spanning across MRA Printed Media, MRA Broadcast Media, and Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta (MRA Food and Beverage). Preceding this, Ance spent 3 years proficiently coordinating clients and events for Hotel Hilton Jakarta. Her collective experience over the years has proven beneficial in yielding long-term achievements and profitable outcomes.
